"Cute gift, especially impressed right away"
I just ordered a small gift my first impression was really good. It arrived looking super cute, and the wrapping was neat enough that I didn’t even feel like I needed to redo it before giving it. It felt personal without being too much, which I really appreciated. Since it’s fresh in my mind, I’d definitely order again

Got this as a gift. Was a little nervous ordering it online, but it showed up looking pretty much like the pictures. The colors were close too, which was nice. Only thing... the size felt just a tiny bit off from what I expected. Not a huge deal, but enough that I took off one star.

I ordered a gift and had a couple of questions after checking out. They got back to me quickly, and the answer was clear enough, at least from what I could tell. I also got updates when the order was being worked on and again when it shipped, which I really appreciated. I didn’t feel like I had to keep chasing them for info. I’m giving 4 stars because the delivery took a bit longer than I was hoping, but overall the communication was good the whole way through.

The gift itself was really nice and it arrived just fine, but I thought it was going to be a little bigger. The photos made it look larger to me, though maybe they were taken up close or with some kind of angle that made it seem that way. I just wish the size or scale had been a bit clearer on the site. Still a cute item, just not exactly what I pictured
